Numazu Goyotei Kinen Park
It was built in 1893 as royalty's villa and had been used for three generations, the Meiji era, the Taishou era, and the Showa era. Today, it is open to the public as a park where you can enjoy its attractive appearance.
The flowering plant of every season is in full bloom in the well-kept garden, and various events are held year-round. You can touch royalty's lifestyle there with the architecture of that time.

Numazu Gurume Kaido
Commonly called “Gurume Kaido (Street)” runs from Tomei Numazu IC exit for 3km.
As an entrance to Nakaizu and Nishiizu area, there are many facilities for the tourist along the road, such as dried fish shops, souvenir shops, and hot spring facilities. At restaurants, you can enjoy dishes of the fresh seafood or the local farm products.
Numazu City is widely known for the top dried fish production district in Japan. When you visit Numazu, how about getting some dried fish for souvenirs?

The Spring of Kakita River
The spring, source of Kakita River boasts number one of the volume of water in the East. It was chosen for "the100 best water in Japan" of the Environment Agency selection.
From the second observatory, it is so mystic and beautiful if you look over the bottom of the well. Also, valuable birds and flowers make their habitats. You can enjoy pretty flowers in the water, or birds with wings of cobalt blue.
At a facility called “Izumi-kan,” you can get some food and drinks, or souvenirs. And Kakitagawa Tofu Shop’s Tofu ice cream, that’s something you cannot miss.
