Exhibit Overview
With the concept of “Digital Home Appliances Total Solution for NGN”, Advanced Communications will introduce core-technology “iSense” and the innovative “iSense for Android”. iSense is a software Platform, which intensely supports digital home appliances and mobile devices development, compatible with the standards of IPTV Forum and other broadcasting specifications. iSense is already in the market and evolving. This time at the venue, iSense will show its SoC-independent flexibility, working on SMP8654, CE3100, and UniPhier reference boards.

IPTV delivery solution
We introduce "iSense" as a core-technology of NGN Total Solution that we introduce.
We will demonstrate iSense working on each SMP8654, CE3100, UniPhier reference boards, showing IPTV and VOD basic functions.
IPTV STB Home Network Solution
Advanced Communications’ new product lineup “ALTHAEA” Series will be introduced at this section. We will show ALTHAEA including newly implemented Z-Wave support, which enables home energy control based on the idea of ECO, in addition to the basic IPTV, CATV viewing functions. ALTHAEA Series is a must-see for IPTV and cable providers.
GUI Solution for seamless content distribution business
This section introduces UIEngine, which has immense proven experience of creating portals on STBs, TVs, and other information devices in content distribution businesses.
Content Verification System
BATON, an automated content verification system will be demonstrated at this section. BATON automatically checks the codec compatibility of digital media content.
BATON enables large amount of time saving comparing to conventional consuming content evaluation tasks.
Android Solution
This section will show “iSense for Android”, working to support TV and STB development for Android. It would also highlight the activities of “Open Embedded Software Foundation（OESF）”.
